ATM Service, Repair, and Maintenance

ATM service and ATM repair from FPE covers any machine. Send us the error code or a photo of the problem, and we schedule a visit with the right equipment. Ongoing ATM maintenance keeps machines from breaking in the first place. We've been fixing ATMs since 1997.

What's included

  • Repairs. Card readers, dispensers, keypads, printers, and cash cassettes — whatever failed, we come out and fix it.

  • Installation and relocation. New machines installed, existing machines moved and reconfigured when your business moves.

  • Lockouts. Locked out of your ATM's settings or vault? FPE's IT team can often restore access directly; if not, a technician comes out.

  • ATM parts. FPE sells ATM parts for the brands we carry — card readers, dispensers, keypads, printers, cassettes — if you'd rather do the work yourself.

ATM maintenance

Routine ATM maintenance keeps a machine from going down: cleaning card readers, checking dispensers, replacing worn parts before they fail. Machines FPE places get this automatically. If you own your machine, ask us about it.

Who it's for

ATM service and repair is for anyone with an ATM that isn't doing what it should — business owners, route operators or any ATM owner. FPE services all ATMs.

If your machine was placed by FPE, service is already part of the deal. If you own it, or someone else placed it, call us anyway.

  • ATM owners
  • Route operators

How it works

  1. 1

Send us the problem. The error code on the screen, or a photo of what's wrong.

  2. 2

We schedule a visit. Based on what you send, we know what equipment to bring.

  3. 3

The technician comes out. Repair, relocation, or lockout — handled on site.

  4. 4

Your ATM is back in service. Next time something goes wrong, FPE handles it the same way.

ATM service and repair FAQs

How long does ATM installation take?

Once your paperwork is complete, FPE schedules installation at your earliest convenience. The technician needs at least an hour on site to install the machine and configure it to the network. Installation usually involves bolting the ATM to the floor and running wiring — unless you request otherwise.

What happens if my ATM breaks down?

Contact FPE right away with the error code or a photo of the problem. We'll schedule a visit to your location and send the technician with the right equipment based on what you send us.

Do you service ATMs you didn't install?

Yes. FPE services all ATMs regardless of who processes them. Send us the error code or a photo of the problem and we'll schedule a visit with the right equipment — same as we do for our own machines.

Can FPE move my ATM if I relocate my business?

Yes. FPE relocates the ATM to your new business, reinstalls it, and reconfigures it if needed.

What if I'm locked out of my ATM?

Contact FPE's IT team right away — in many cases they can restore your access directly. If not, we'll schedule a technician to visit. FPE can restore access to the settings or the vault for a service charge.
